Allow subscriptions to be edited

Add Edit menu for existing subscriptions (currently they only have "pull" and "delete" as options). Now if you delete a channel and recreate it (since there is no editing), it pulls all the content again and you end up having dublicate entries on the system (unless you manually delete previously pulled nodes).
