This is kinda weird as the pager for a page display shows up for all but one pages of the view. Interestingly it is a page in between it all.

Here we have the page that does not display the pager:
http://www.digital-room.de/videos?page=18

Pages <18 and >18 work as expected (as far as I have clicked thru). As anonymous user you may receive a static output generated by Boost, but I verfied that the problem also exists logged in as admin. I tried clearing the views' and all other caches but with no effect.

Can you please provide step by step replication instructions using simple content types and common fields as well as an export of the view. Please see what kind of information is useful in the submission guidelines.
