Allow search & display of similar/duplicate nodes on node title creation (before actually saving it)

Ben, I hope you don't mind me changing the issue's title. It needs to match the "feature request" category and having a question as a title/description makes it seem more like a "support request" instead.

Interesting idea and I'll keep this open. I just took over maintainership of the module, and the queue is a bit backed up and no changes have been made to the module for a while, so at the moment my primary focus is getting caught up on the issue queue and continuing the port to D7.

Glad you like it too Jordan! Thanx for the update. It is surely great news to see someone working on this module. I'll see if I can spare some time to triage the issue queue to get some of the burden off of you.

It sounds like what is needed is an additional module that integrates both with similar, and with the node title field to do some kind of search against the similarity table while the node title is being entered (sort of like an autocomplete). I don't think this request is in the scope of Similar module, but let's leave this open to see if anyone wants to work on it :)
