Adding a node of content_type_relation then moves to the subscriber profile page or something

I tried adding a node of type content_type_relation. When I did the submit, the next page I saw was the admin user node page.
I also got the following line at the beginning of the page.

Since, It does look like the node itself does get created, as I can see the "Supervisor" node of type "relation type" created in the content list, I am noting this as a minor issue.
