Drupal 7 port

Working on it, but don't have a whole lot of time these days. It's turning out to be a bit of a rewrite due to the differences in fields from D6 to D7. Don't have any problem at all if someone else comes up with the solution. ;^)

This module accomplishes the goal, I believe:

Nop http://drupal.org/project/noderefcreate doesn't allow a template but just create an empty node with a title.

Looks like it could be a good place to start. I've got a little more time now so will hopefully be on this again.

Finally have something in a 7.x version. It's still pretty much alpha, and I'm still working out the git bits to do an official release, but here's a tarball with the new .info and .module files for anyone who wants to be a really early adopter/tester.

Converting over to use entities instead of nodes is on the TODO list, probably in 7.x-2.x.
