How much to charge for club type drupal site

I have been contacted by a club owner to build a website. I was wondering of a price range for charging.

The site would be similar in style to these:

For professional ballpark was 7k to 9k
freelancer 4k to 6k
student 1500 to 2500

I mostly do IT work, and was eventually going to start offering web design services. But was contacted and asked to design a site.

My current site is very professional and i have around 90 modules all of which were chosen for functionality and SEO purposes. I have removed any useless modules.

He gave me an overview of the pages he wants. Main page, about, guest list with emails being sent out to those who registered. Contact and about pages. Photo gallery. I have searched and found some guest list modules. He currently pays a company to do a mailing list, but i could probably find a module for that, and he would want a database of all those who registered for the guest list.

To me 2k seems to be quite pricey. I want to give a fair price for both of us, as thats how my company has been operating. We offer our fair prices for both us and the customer. Not to mention the owner would render our services for future projects depending on how we do on this current job.
