AD Novus Theme and How do I get my Secondary Links to Show?

I have installed the AD Novus theme. I have added Primary Links which automatically show at the top of the page (without having to many any changes in the blocks section). I have set a page to show in the Secondary Links and the secondary links do not appear anywhere, unless I set it to in a black. Where should it appear?
