Bulk adding support (some code attached)

I suggest to include domain bulk import module to Domain core module.

Currently, Domain bulk (http://drupal.org/project/domain_bulk) module helps users to add *subdomains* in sitename:subdomain format. Once we submit, the module prepares the values by adding the ".Primary-domain" to each entry and supplies the data to domain module.

For personal usage, I modified the domain bulk module to support even TLDs.(not a healthy module. Can't use both at once).

I suggest including these 2 modules in to DA module so users will find it easier to add domains.

According to domain bulk module's usage information, it seems that a lot of people waste their time adding domains.
