Fixed a missing test for taxonomy_user actually being present on a node. This bug caused a foreach() loop to complain about an invalid argument.

4.7 version of Taxonomy User.
Please be aware, that the module is in early development phase. Currently, it does not allow adding tags to a node upon creation of the node. This can be fine when you want to deploy the module for your users to tag existing content. However, this issue should be addressed soon.
