To ban spammer IP for posting, instead of just using url filtering. Like this situation, the spammer with the same IP (81.95.144.66) is able to bypass the url filter by having different domain. So i think once the spammer IP is confirmed, this feature will allow permanent ban.

the features is already implemented http://www.kerneltrap.org/jeremy/drupal/spam/#features but the module didn't learnt the spammer IP, will lodge a bugs report.
