Can't figure out what is going on. The chat bar displays but shows loading. It never completes the load and when I click on the tab, it does open, but does not show anyone logged in.

Additionally, when I enabled the block, it doesn't display as a full block. I followed the readme text file and I believe I missed something here, but can't figure out what.

I attached a screenshot so you can see what I am talking about; the block on the left side at the bottom is the chat block, and that is what I mean by not showing up.

I would like a little guidance here, and would happily permit someone into my admin to get this fixed.

I just downloaded the 6.x-2.0-beta 1, and enabled it. I can't assign a UR Role to the item, and it continually refreshes as well.

I am having almost the same issue. The only difference is that in my case I can't even get the window opened and empty. The tab is just spinning and is not clickable.

Firebug gives me this error under 'script' tab

Recent log entries does not show any relevant errors.

I have tried so far:

  • Unistalling the shoutbox module due to the known conflict.
  • Installing YUI library and then Unistalling and re-installing the module.
  • All the available versions of jquery_update.
  • Changing between "ajax mode" and "long polling mode" with all the versions of jquery(previous bullet)
  • 6.x-dev and beta8 versions of the module.

    • When I download the stable (6.x-1.2) one, the tab is not showing at all and in module's configuration page I get white screen with:"Fatal error: Call to undefined function drupalchat_yui_path() in /var/www/mysite/sites/all/modules/drupalchat/drupalchat.admin.inc on line 12 "

Any Ideas?

i work with drupal 6.17.
