I am the initial author of the AGLS Metadata module, but I didn't have a CVS account at the time.
I am trying now to setup an account to become a maintainer of the modules.

Hello, and thank you for applying for a CVS account.

Please read on http://drupal.org/cvs-application/requirements what you need to do if you want to become the co-maintainer of an existing project.

Follow what reported in http://drupal.org/node/1047190 to get your Git access enabled; the maintainer of the project will then be able to add you as co-maintainer.
