Hi
i have installed the 6.x-1.0 version and get the warning
Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated in in uc_post_affiliate_pro.module

i have php version 5.2.x
i have found that this http://drupal.org/node/164387, can cause this problem

so i have altered the module
attached the correct version of this module
