I keep getting this error message. Is there a fix for this? using latest nodetable release...

Where exactly do you get these errors? (E. g. on view/edit etc.)
Do the table have a header row?

When i upload csv, it throws those errors. i am unable to edit the table because i get a page not available error. tried uploading tables with headers and those without. To delete the node i have to disable the module......all this is odd since the module worked perfectly until this mess....
