I see in the screen shots, that it supports audio as well. Any instruction on how to do this?

You can either download the module or the distribution. I would recommend the qurandistribution that includes everything that you need except the csv file. You can get the distribution here. https://github.com/azvox/qurandistro/tree/qurandistribution-7.x-1.0 download it to your local environment installed it there and move it your host is recommended.

If you want just english use https://github.com/azvox/quran-csv/blob/master/resources/quran_english.c...

or the any other language you want. This is the one i used. https://github.com/azvox/quran-csv/blob/master/resources/quranall-online... , It contains the known Translations and recitation from versebyverse.com

I ported Quran module to Drupal 7 ,But not completely.
I should tell you :
this module does not have voice and search ,and also I don't modified the quran.install.
however this will be usable on Drupal 7
I hope this be helpful for you
