Check no-sidebar body class when there is tertiary/secondary content

The no-sidebars is coming from core. It's referring to the fact that the left and right regions are empty, but these regions are not part of the LayoutStudio theme.

Not sure if it is worth it to fix this. We would have to remove the class from the classes array.
