Not sure if this is an issue for the Token module, autonodetitle module, or core, but filefields no longer pass a document-title or document-extension token to autonodetitles in the way that they did in D6. Apologies if this is just my lack of familiarity with D7! Great work on this module!!

Like zchandler said, this is a known issue at the token forums. Please check #691078: Field tokens for more details on patches and updates.

More and more, its looking like the token issue will be solved soon. Since this is not a automatic nodetitles issue, I'm marking this thread as fixed.
