i want to now, how many people can connect to my site at the same time???
on drupal or without them
i found some information about "load average"
but i don't now how to watch it

you're not going to find an clear answer to this question.

some factors from drupal's perspective would be, the amount of sheer amount of modules you are using. Also, are you using drupal's built in cache in the necessary area's, and is there any other types of caching you could do to increase performance.

Outside of drupal (the application layer) your hardware is going to play a role in the loads that your site can handle.

At the end of the day, you're either going to have to start looking at this questions and do load testing, or, pay someone to help you with it.
