Hi,

tried several configurations for this module. For instance in general blocks should not be collapsible - this worked. When I wanted to change this setting on a specific block to any other setting it had no influence.

Setting in general "Collapsible, expanded by default." or "Collapsible, collapsed by default." made the block collapsible - the header turnt into a link, by clicking the block collapsed.

Now I set the general setting to "Collapsible, collapsed all the time." and the block is set to "Collapsible, collapsed by default." - now it really works the way I wanted it: The block starts collapsed and just by clicking on it it will expand.

It cannot be a cache issue as I do not cache with m development project and I deleted the cache of the browser several times. Seems that something is not working properly?!

don't know - to me it seems to be a mix of general and individual block settings issues.
