I have setup a slideshow for my frontpage, which brings in the image, a title and a description. Is it possible to assign random font colour for the title?

rewrite the output of the title field in your view and add a class or something to it.

but honestly, not sure why you would want random colors in your design. that could get ugly from a design perspective.
