The subject and name of sender do not support UTF-8

Hi, I found out that there is a bug of Mail.module.
If I chosed UTF-8 for the code options, the body in email would be UTF-8 coding correctly.
But the subject and name of sender in email still not support UTF-8 coding and become bad codes.
How could I fix this problem?
