Support for a playlist would be nice, and also adding a way to link other videos or suggest other videos at the end of each video similar to Vimeo would rock!

The MediaElement.js doesn't support playlists yet. There is a feature request over here. Can't wait to see what they come up with...

Take a look at the Media Colorbox module. The RC2 version allows you to create a gallery of audio files and when one ends, the next one will play - all inside of a Colorbox. It is especially nice if you apply the auto play patch available in this issue queue.
