just notice this is happening on http://demo.sooperthemes.com/synopsis/

the H1 tag is present, but no alternative font display handling, no graceful degradation ?

it doesnt display the text (the Cufon font style text) in IE9

check that URL provided above in IE9... it is not looking good, no site title, no headings etc etc

Thanks. I need to install the latest build of Cufon in the theme, it contains a fix. I will get to the next and hopefully the first stable release near the end of this week.
