Use entity_metadata_wrapper() in commerce_cart_add_to_cart_form()

We tried to enforce attribute fields being non-translatable, but the problem is the default value is translatable even without translation modules installed. We think we can avoid the problem if we get rid of the LANGUAGE_NONE constants in the Add to Cart form. This is a critical place to use the wrapper then for multilingual websites.
