I have this installed correctly as far as I can tell with all the settings pointing at the right places. If I create a new user in drupal, it is indeed passing that information to zendesk. However, when I log into drupal, I am not logged in to Zendesk. Can someone please help me as we need this functionality badly. I already have an open ticket with the Zendesk folks as well. Thanks in advance.

for your info, I got the log in working by directing my users to mysite.zendesk.com/login

when they arrive at login, zendesk checks with drupal and the person get's logged in.

If you just direct them to "mysite.zendesk.com" then nothing happens until they click the 'login' button
