Improve and consolidate uris and descriptions in README file.

I've been working on the readme file and have included a propossed change for the debug stuff. Note that to make it more secure, in the getting started section I've changed the node loading with a simple system connect, that can safely be used by anonymous users, however I haven't changed the module menu entries at all, because I do have in mind another issue for that.

Please note that my english grammar is not the best and I'd kindly ask any of you to review this and update the patch. Sorry!
