hello pals!

What is the best drupal theme for video blogging? Is there any end-product theme for video blogging or should I use a bunch of modules to create a video blog? . If there is already an end product theme for this task, (and free, of course) it's gonna awesome.

Hi Mutevaggil. I have wondered the same thing. Currently I am using the Giordani Theme for my blog, http://www.bothellblog.net. There are some features that I like and some that I do not like.

Please let me know what you find out. As I am starting to get some traffic on my site and there are some things that I would like to change.

What I find funny is that we are competing with Wordpress for users/developers. Yet there is not a SOLID BLOG THEME. I wish someone would take ownership (I should, but I lack the cycles) to create a blog theme with the recommended modules along with some configuration. Something that can be just plopped down and running. Sure the base Drupal install has a Blog Module included, but there should be a theme that supports blogging so that we can compete with Wordpress.

I would think that getting a requirements list together would be a good first step. Such as:

1. Requirement for SEO
2. Requirement for easy content update.
3. Requirement for easy adverting modules
4. Requirement for granular RSS integration and reposting.

Many of these requirements might already have some specifics created, I just do not know about them. Perhaps a BLOG group on the Drupal site might work.. dont know. Just throwing ideas out there.

thank you for your response. I almost find out nothing, actually all I know about video blogging for drupal, a module called flash video. I do not have too much knowledge about drupal. I am kinda newbie. But I hope someone here can lead us to create a video blog theme. thanks.
