Contain parents in elements for theming/columns... option

I patched the .module to add an admin option to "Group parents" which contains parent items in span elements classed with the parent item's value. This made it possible to theme multiple columns of check-boxes. This was an required ability as I have a large amount of check-boxes that needed to be visible not scrolled. It also can improve user usability.
