modernizr including

Hi Alex!

Check please. It looks like when i uncommented modernizr including in html.tpl.php i got 404 error on script loading , though js file exist in right directory... I try to make child theme of your theme ( to avoid future overwritings) and cooked path looks like http://www.mydomain.com/drupal/js/libs/modernizr-1.6.min.js and theme can't find JS.

If i use zentropy theme like default it tries to use path like http://www.mydomain.com/drupal/js/libs/js/libs/modernizr-1.6.min.js - double paths..

Doesn't work both ways...
