is moved from the administration section to the root of the handbook and the title changed to "CCK for Theme-builders", "CCK for Themers" or similar wording.

Then the page/section

Theming Individual CCK Fields | drupal.org
http://drupal.org/node/62466

is moved so it's a subpage/section of 62462.

It seems that some one either saw this issue, fixed it, but forgot to close it or someone had the same idea, made the changes, but didn't see this issue.

Either way the issue is no more and I thus mark it as "fixed".
