I was looking at your omega theme and delta module. I read where you had change references of "template" to "layout".
On the path of admin/appearance/delta/layouts there is still a reference to "Add Template" I believe this should read "Add Layout".

Indeed, I have seen this one last reference to "templates"... I'll get that cleaned up in the next feature release.
