I deleted by accident my standard xml sitemap (thought it was bugged).
When I try to add a new one, I get the msg:
There are currently no XML sitemap contexts available.

Then I click on "save" and get the msg:
A sitemap with the same context already exists.

I tried clearing cashes, disabled and removed xmlsitemap module but nothing helped.

Is there anything else I can try?

What does "my standard xml sitemap" mean?

The xml sitemap which was created when I first enabled the module. I tried disabeling and enabeling the module again, but that didn't solve anything.

You need to disable, uninstall XML sitemap and re-enable it and it will automatically create and populate an XML sitemap for you.

Then you need to edit and set each of your content types XML sitemap settings to - Inclusion: Included.

The same goes for any Taxonomy terms you wish to add to the XML sitemap.

Go to: admin/config/search/xmlsitemap/settings and click through the Content and Taxonomy term tabs and check to see that your desired selections are included.

Same issue here, the solution in #3 did not fix the problem.

Apologies it does not seem to actually be a problem. There are a number of identical issues in the queue, most useful is perhaps:
#939812: "There are currently no XML sitemap contexts available." error message is confusing.
