Color picker does not work because PHP memory too small -> wrong link in error message

When I used the color picker and tried to save the colors, I got an error that the PHP memory was too small. A link to the PHP documentation was included, but apparently the link did not show properly. I don't have the exact link anymore, but it started with the URL of the current page, and was followed by 'XYZ' where XYZ was the actual link that was needed.
