Get Fatal Error when trying to use flexiaccess

I get the following error message when I try to set access on a new content type I have.

Fatal error: Call to a member function condition() on a non-object in /mounts/sg400/home/cath/www/1sb/modules/acl/acl.module on line 161

Currently using drupal 7.0 with SQLite
