Our index contains roughly 10,000 nodes. Schemal.xml suggests that our default search operator is AND.
When I search for "Indonesia Health Profile" (without quotes), I get 29 results. The results include nodes that do not have the term Indonesia, for example. It doesn't look like it's AND-ing those terms.
When I search for "Indonesia AND Health AND Profile," I get 7 results.
When I search for "Indonesia OR Health OR Profile," I get 4935 results.
So, it seems that the default search operator is not actually AND-ing the search terms. Does anyone know what is going on here?
