Icons should be 'color-neutral'

Icons used within the Zen Theme should be 'color neutral'.
If the theme colors are changed, icons shouldn't need to be changed.

Some Background:
In initial discussion on this theme, much was made of the need for a good 'base theme' that others could build on.
Based on the principles of the Zen Garden, once could change ONLY style.css and have a completely different looking website.
Zen-fixed is based on this principle: By overriding a few styles, an overall new theme is created.

Some current discussion on the forums, have already noted that Garland, while having an amazing colorizer, is actually very hard to customise, once you go digging at the CSS. Some posters are already suggesting Zen as a better alternative to build a custom theme on.

Now, all that said, if someone tries just to chage a few colors with Zen's syles.css to create a new theme, its pretty easy.
But one problem I encountered is that some of the icons, are built with a blue theme in mind.

I know I could edit those files, or use new ones, but I'm crap at graphics.

But in a more general sense, if people want to customise a theme to their own needs, there should be as few roadblocks as possible.

Using color-neutral icons removes one more minor roadblock :-)
