I have installed all the required modules and looked everywhere in the admin section can't seem to find a menu or a button to start configuring, adding image and displaying in the home page.

Where is the button for Rotating Banners? It's not in Configuration, Modules, Content, Structure or anywhere else in the Admin section.

Any help is appreciated.

1. For some reason the only version that shows on the project page is one from May 2010. If you install this version you'll get errors.You need the rotating_banner-7.x-7.x-dev version if you're on D7 and using recommended versions of Media module and friends.
2. Look for the UI in .../admin/structure/block, not in the add-content area.

For reference, I've got these running quite nicely: drupal-7.0, styles-7.x-2.0-alpha5, rotating_banner-7.x-7.x-dev, multiform-7.x-1.0-beta1, mediaelement-7.x-1.0, media_gallery-7.x-1.0-beta3, media-7.x-1.0-beta3.

Looks like this module, and its companions, is going to be an little ripper. Nice work devs.
