Link URLs

I'm using tablemanager for people who don't know anything about html. Ideally, a person entering data into the table form would type a title, URL, and description. The OUTPUT of the table would be only TWO columns, the title linked to the URL and the description. So the title would have the href. Thanks for your module pobster!
