In some cases comment posted as a reply won't go to correct thread. It would get posted as a new comment! To reproduce this go to: http://www.sachalayatan.com/kaustubh/37008#comment-386511. Hit reply, which is the last read link there. The comment will appear as a new comment after passing thru the moderation (it happens even if it does not go thru the moderation queue).

In some cases, if I reply to a post and then post a new comment, the both the comments go to the reply thread!

Any suggestion?

any progress on this one? As I am still facing this issue. The reason is, it makes pid 0 of comment which breaks relation with parent comment.
