First Run Clean URL Test. Both Buttons will be then clickable if your server settings allow clean urls. Once done, you can select Enable

I Click "Run the clean URL test" URL, but it's "The webpage cannot be found".
How can I set my server to allow clean urls?

if u r using XAMPP means ur clean URL config details will be avbl in http://drupal.org/node/43545 - u can find specific link for XAMPP
act accordingly
