I assume 6.x is affected, too.
Best practice when defining table cell widths is to define all cells except one that should be floating... In this case forum/topic title/description should be left floating and not fixed to 50% because forum-icon cell width is also not defined and on wide screens both cells get stretched for some percentage. This issue is not noticeable on narrow screens.
