I am getting the error when trying to Upload a video file. Any idea why I am getting this?

"The file in the Video field was unable to be uploaded."

May be something is wrong with your filewrite permissions or filesfield, please check your filefield configurations.

Where would I check this?
I am able to upload images to an image field in other content types. If I embed code in the body section then video plays. I am only having issue uploading a video.

I figured out the maximum file size isnt changing from 2M. In my settings I have 5M but when I go to upload a video it still shows 2M.
