Would be good if you could mark a module to be ignored, and maybe add a comment as to why it's ignored.

Reviving this after chatting with Gábor. This would make things tidier in the cases where an uninstalled project shouldn't be removed for some reason, for example, if it's used for development. This screenshot shows a custom module that has been made compatible but shows up in the "remove" bucket even though we'd like to keep it.
