The module seems to work fine except the fact that I cannot customize it to pass the text in the node to Twitter posting. None of the available tokens can do it. Seems like it should be a primary functionality. Am I missing something?

I'm having this problem as well! Its a great Mod, But It's only showing the " Short url Via @myname "

Why Does it not show the Node title? That would be a huge plus!
