Hello!

This module has really been giving me hope for my future store. I have tested it and so far been doing great with logged-in users. But I have one great issue and I don't know if this release supports this or perhaps I might have skipped something important:

Anonymous users who then become authentic users of the site (after a new account was created for them when they've successfully purchased a node access product) still not able to access the node that he bought (when he was still an anonymous user).

To further understand the case, here's a brief example:
AnonUser1 shall purchase VideoProduct1. Obviously that time, VideoProduct1Node (the content that THEN user will gain access to after VideoProduct1 is purchased) was still inaccessible. After the checkout, the system auto-created a user account for AnonUser1 (through entered email address) with username: AuthUser1 and a password; then logged-in him. BUT when AuthUser1 tried to access VideoProduct1Node, he was DENIED ACCESS to the node.

Further, when AuthUser1 purchase AudioProduct1, and everything follows, he was GRANTED ACCESS to AudioProduct1Node (the content assigned to AudioProduct1).
---

Hope my case makes sense. If anyone has the same problem and fixed it please, please do share. Thanks in advance!

I haven't looked into this yet, but I don't like the chances of there being a solution.
It might not matter, but what store module are you running? (e-commerce or ubercart)

I'm running Ubercart store. Hope you can create support for Anonymous users.

Looks like this is an ubercart issue.

Here's a detailed workaround from another node access module: #551340: ONLY works if the purchaser already has an account. I haven't tried it out yet, but since it's more about configuring conditional actions, it might be a good place to start.

That thread also references #794756: Login redirect causes uc_checkout_complete trigger not to be pulled, identifying a likely cause in ubercart core -- no fix there yet.

Title: Anonymous turn authentic users still not given access » Anonymous ubercart users not given access.
Version: 6.x-1.3 » 6.x-1.x-dev

Thanks for the update akalata, there is some direction for this issue now! Cheers.

Can people experiencing this problem please test the patch at http://drupal.org/node/794756#comment-3464330
and report in that other issue how it went..

Well there's nothing more we can do here, follow the above link please.

Ubercart is really quite a mess, nevermind the 200+ current bug reports, you should see the ones that get ignored :/ I'm guessing it's very complicated, lots of newbie users, not many contributors :(
