strange js behavior with the edit/reply links

I wonder if this have been reported. Checked through the issue queue but found nothing so I am first reporting it and then will see if I manage to provide a fix, but maybe it's quicker for the module devs.

I found the following use cases a bit odd:

- When you click edit, there's no way to cancel that, similar to reply by clicking again on the edit link, and that making the dimming of the comment to go back to normal.
- When you click on reply, then edit, then back to reply, the reply box is closed which is not probably what we want there to happen. Comment stayed dimmed after this use case. Also, all subsequent clicks on reply open/close the comment form with the comment filled with what's filled by the edit form.
