Issue Summary
When I go to add a Taxo term ID argument on a new view after enabling this module, I see this error:
warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should be an array in /Users/joachim/Sites/transport-drupal/sites/all/modules/views_arguments_extras/views_plugin_argument_default_cck.inc on line 21.

Here's a patch that fixes the problem.
