If the audience block is a select box (with the 'My Groups' and 'Other Groups' sections), only the first groups of each section are added because of the use of an array_shift instead of an array_merge. Here is a patch to fix it.

Closing, since the Drupal 6 version of OG Menu is no longer supported. If this issue is still relevant for the currently supported versions (D7 and D8) then feel free to update the version and reopen the issue.
