All this should take is the inclusion of a sparkline.info file and altering how the settings are done. If I can finish updating all of my other modules before you can get to this, I'll see what I can do to help contribute towards this update.

Second the request. What do you mean, "altering how the settings are done"? Maybe this patch is simple enough even for me to do.

Oh, this was just referring to how Drupal 5.x now handles the settings for modules. Nothing more than would be needed for any 4.7 -> 5.x module conversion.
