Panels 3 integration for the Email CCK Field "Contact Form Page"

Hello,

Here is the patch to integrate the generated email contact form page with panels 3. The feature is designed as a separate module for performance purposes so sites that does not use panels won't have to take the additional hit. Having said that here's a brief summary
of the module:

a.) emailpanels.module located under sites/all/modules/email/modules/emailpanels
b.) provides two panels plugins namely page manager task plugin and a content type plugin.
c.) the emailpanels_contactemail page manager task plugin lets users override the layout of the path email/%node/%field_name , so folks using panels will be able to mix and match blocks :)
d.) the emailpanels_contactemailform content type plugin lets users add the contact form as a widget block named "CCK Email Contact Form"
e.) @todo should we include the node object as a context?
f.) coder module checked for standards.
